Personal OneDrive account

OneDrive personal account cannot connect on Windows. Error 0x800704cf and 0x8004e4c3. Browser sign-in works, but OneDrive desktop app cannot connect. I already tried reset, unlink, reinstall, proxy off, network reset, and date/time check.
