To help narrow down the issue:
- Can you sign in to OneDrive from the web? Go to https://onedrive.live.com and try signing in with the same account.
- Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already:
Please try resetting the OneDrive app on your PC:
- Press Windows key + R
- Copy and paste this:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
- Press Enter, then wait about a minute.
- Open OneDrive again from the Start menu and try signing in.
Also check if your Windows date and time are correct, as incorrect time can block sign-in.
