onedrive app will not sign in

When signing in on app on windows computer, I keep getting error code 0x8004de67. This just started today. Have been using same computer with same account for 4 years. Nothing has changed regarding passwords, etc.

    Hi, I'm John!

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Can you sign in to OneDrive from the web? Go to https://onedrive.live.com and try signing in with the same account.
    2. Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?

    In the meantime, if you haven’t already:

    Please try resetting the OneDrive app on your PC:

    • Press Windows key + R
    • Copy and paste this:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    • Press Enter, then wait about a minute.
    • Open OneDrive again from the Start menu and try signing in.

    Also check if your Windows date and time are correct, as incorrect time can block sign-in.
