Can mass emails be approved on a macbook

Good morning, I have an end-user in my environment who is not able to approve mass emails from his mac. Is this something that can actually be done on a macbook? Or is approving mass emails something that can only be done on a Windows PC?

We are not receiving any new emails.

We are not receiving any new emails. I have tried using the desktop app on a Mac, web browser, and iphone app. We have refreshed all. There is no error messages coming through and there we have no junk/spam emails.
