the sound on my pc is extremely muffled
The sound on my new ideapad 5 pro pc is extremely muffled in whatever app I use and in volume 96 I strain to hear voices, even though the ambient sound is much louder but it still has bad quality. What should I do?

why aren't my f5, f6, and f7 key not working
So I woke up this morning, and I tried to put up the volume using the f7 key but the volume stayed at 20 and when tried to lower the volume using the f6 key it still stayed at 20 and when I tried to mute it usinf f5 it didn't mute the audio please help…
