En matris med byte som innehåller byte som ska konverteras.

Startpositionen inom value.

length
Int32

Antalet matriselement som value ska konverteras.

Returer

En sträng med hexadecimala par avgränsade med bindestreck, där varje par representerar motsvarande element i en underordning av value, till exempel "7F-2C-4A-00".

Undantag

value är null.

startIndex eller length är mindre än noll.

-eller-

startIndex är större än noll och är större än eller lika med längden på value.

Kombinationen av startIndex och length anger inte en position inom value. Parametern startIndex är alltså större än längden value på minus parametern length .
