Observações

O ProcessEventFlush método processa as mensagens que foram armazenadas em buffer. A monitorização da saúde do ASP.NET chama o método quando é necessário limpar o buffer. Os intervalos em que a limpeza é necessária são determinados pelo valor do parâmetro do bufferMode atributo no providers elemento na secção de healthMonitoring configuração.
