Um número de ponto flutuante de dupla precisão formado por oito bytes começando em startIndex.

Exceções

startIndex é maior ou igual ao comprimento de value menos 7, e é menor ou igual ao comprimento de value menos 1.

value é null.

startIndex é menor que zero ou maior que o comprimento de value menos 1.

Observações
