Opmerkingen
Deze constructor maakt een Exchange sleutelpaar dat geschikt is voor het versleutelen van sessiesleutels, zodat ze veilig kunnen worden opgeslagen en uitgewisseld met andere gebruikers. De gegenereerde sleutel komt overeen met een sleutel die wordt gegenereerd met behulp van de AT_KEYEXCHANGE waarde die wordt gebruikt in de niet-beheerde Microsoft Cryptografische API (CAPI).
Deze constructor genereert niet onmiddellijk een nieuwe openbare/persoonlijke keypair. Als er geen sleutel wordt geladen via de ImportParameters methode of een andere sleutelimportmethode, wordt een 1024-bits kortstondige sleutel op aanvraag gemaakt voordat een sleutel nodig is.

Met deze constructor wordt een sleutelcontainer gemaakt of opnieuw gebruikt die is opgegeven met behulp van het KeyContainerName veld van de parameters parameter.
Deze constructor maakt standaard een Exchange sleutelpaar dat geschikt is voor het versleutelen van sessiesleutels, zodat ze veilig kunnen worden opgeslagen en uitgewisseld met andere gebruikers.
