Opmerkingen

IsReady geeft aan of een station gereed is. Het geeft bijvoorbeeld aan of een cd zich in een cd-station bevindt of dat een verwisselbaar opslagapparaat gereed is voor lees-/schrijfbewerkingen. Als u niet test of een station gereed is en het niet gereed is, zal het uitvoeren van een query op het station met behulp van DriveInfo een IOException.

Vertrouw er niet op IsReady om het vangen van uitzonderingen van andere leden, zoals TotalSize, TotalFreeSpaceen DriveFormat. Tussen de tijd dat uw code controleert IsReady en vervolgens toegang krijgt tot een van de andere eigenschappen (zelfs als de toegang direct na de controle plaatsvindt), is een station mogelijk verbroken of is een schijf mogelijk verwijderd.
