De Clear methode wordt aan het einde van het programma gebruikt om alle items uit de lijst te verwijderen en de Capacity eigenschappen worden Count vervolgens weergegeven.

Opmerkingen
Count is ingesteld op 0 en verwijzingen naar andere objecten uit elementen van de verzameling worden ook vrijgegeven.
Capacity blijft ongewijzigd. Als u de capaciteit van de List<T>functie opnieuw wilt instellen, roept u de TrimExcess methode aan of stelt u de Capacity eigenschap rechtstreeks in. Als u de capaciteit verlaagt, wordt het geheugen opnieuw verplaatst en worden alle elementen in de List<T>. Als u een lege List<T> functie bijwerkt, wordt de capaciteit van de List<T> standaardcapaciteit ingesteld.
Deze methode is een O(n)-bewerking, waarbij n is Count.
