Parameters

value
Byte[]

Een matrix van bytes die de bytes bevat die moeten worden geconverteerd.

startIndex
Int32

De beginpositie binnen value.

length
Int32

Retouren

Een tekenreeks van hexadecimale paren gescheiden door afbreekstreepjes, waarbij elk paar het bijbehorende element in een submaarray vertegenwoordigt, valuebijvoorbeeld '7F-2C-4A-00'.

Uitzonderingen

value is null.

startIndex of length kleiner is dan nul.

De combinatie van startIndex en length geeft geen positie op binnen value; dat wil gezegd, de startIndex parameter is groter dan de lengte van value min de length parameter.
