注釈

value パラメーターはミリ秒に変換され、ティックに変換され、そのティック数を使用して新しいTimeSpanを初期化します。したがって、 value は最も近いミリ秒に対してのみ正確と見なされます。 Doubleデータ型の精度が失われるため、OverflowExceptionまたはMinValueの範囲内にある値のMaxValueが生成される可能性があります。これは、OverflowException オブジェクトをインスタンス化する次のようなTimeSpanの原因です。
