Unable to view app registrations in Microsoft EntraID on my Azure Portal

Hi, there are some weird issues regarding Microsoft EntraID today, but starting off just trying to see them I only get to a list of dots. I have tried on refreshing force refresh with no avail. This is on a subscription in West US region
