What solved this problem for me was switching to Outlook Classic, which I stayed with for a few weeks. When I finally got fed up with the clunkiness and switched back to the New Outlook, the problem had gone away!

Hi Team,
When I reply or forwerd to an email in my Outlook app on my Mac, it suddenly breaks down all email signature into pics .png files or icons and adds them as attachments.
