Class Notebook: Follow-up on LMS Auto-Enrollment Functionality

Hi,

I’m reaching out to follow up on the notice regarding the LMS integration:

"Due to service updates and security upgrades, it will no longer be possible to automatically add students from your LMS as they access this notebook. You can still manually add or remove students below. We will provide additional updates regarding this functionality before August 2025."

Could you please provide more details on the current status of this functionality? Specifically:

  • Is the auto-enrollment feature expected to be restored in some form before August 2025?
  • Will there be a replacement mechanism or alternative workflow to streamline student enrollment from the LMS?
  • Are there any upcoming changes or steps we should be preparing for in the meantime?

We’re trying to plan ahead for upcoming terms and want to ensure a smooth experience for students and instructors alike. Any guidance or timeline updates you can share would be greatly appreciated.
