Can't signing to copilot and use it

Hello, I have been using Copilot for a few months now for my school research projects. I believe I wasn't signed in before, but there was a history option where I could go back to check on the previous topics. However, I used it today and realized there had been a huge change. I noticed that you could only ask questions. The topics that I have asked about in the past had disappeared. Assuming the topic that I would ask now would just disappear the next day, I decided to sign in, in hopes that it would save my searches. Although, it asked me to verify my age, and so I did. My personal information was updated, and I made sure that I was using a personal account. When I went back to open Copilot, it was still asking me to verify my age. When I click on it, it shows my (UPDATED) information. No matter how many times I try to refresh or close and open a new tab, it was STILL asking me to verify my age (P.S. Yes, I even updated my software and tried again, no luck. I have also tried this with the "Sign in with another account" option but it still showed me the same results.) Please, fix this.

Hi my windows laptop will not let me use copilot. I have used copilot in the past, but now it says that I have to verify my age. When I try to verify my age it says and I quote," This content is blocked contact the site owner to fix."

My account cannot sign in Microsoft Copilot
