Dies ist eine Komfortmethode mit demselben Verhalten wie der TimeSpan.TimeSpan(Int64) Konstruktor. Ein einzelner Teilstrich stellt einhundert Nanosekunden oder ein Zehntel einer Sekunde dar. Es gibt 10.000 Ticks in einer Millisekunden.
