A class representing a collection of NotificationHubAuthorizationRuleResource and their operations. Each NotificationHubAuthorizationRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of NotificationHubResource. To get a NotificationHubAuthorizationRuleCollection instance call the GetNotificationHubAuthorizationRules method from an instance of NotificationHubResource.
