	OutputBaseFileName	Gets the name (but not the location) of the generated satellite resource DLL or DLL.
	ToolKind	Gets the name of the kind of tool.

	ToolPath	Gets the path to the specified tool.
	VCProjectEngine	Gets a pointer object to the project engine.
