Parameters

• descriptor
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Client.IdentityDescriptor

  The identity descriptor of the user to whom this access control entry applies.

• allow
  Type: System.Int32

  The allowed permissions for this descriptor.

• deny
  Type: System.Int32

  The denied permissions for this descriptor.
