Construct a Label Uri object given a Team Foundation project collection object, and label identifier.

Parameters

• teamProjectCollection
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.TfsTeamProjectCollection

  The Team Foundation Server object

• labelId

  The label identifier associated with the artifact
