Prepares a string to be persisted within MSBuild without evaluation.

Parameters

• pwszUnescapedValue
  Type: System.String

  The unescaped value.

• pbstrEscapedValue
  Type: System.String%

  [out] The escaped value.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
