Determines whether signature help is active.

Parameters

• textView
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Text.Editor.ITextView

  The ITextView over signature help status should be determined.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if there is at least one signature help session over the specified ITextView, false otherwise.
