Creates an instance of the specified element.

Parameters

• guid
  Type: System.Guid%

  The GUID of the command.

• dw
  Type: System.UInt32

  The command ID.

• ppUIElement
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsUIElement%

  [out] The element that was created.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
