Adds a list of test cases and optionally ignores duplicate entries.

Parameters

• cases
  Type: IEnumerable<ITestCase>

  A list of ITestCase objects to add to the collection.

• ignoreDuplicates
  Type: Boolean

  true to ignore duplicates.
