Property Value

true to display the form region when an Outlook Inspector is in compose mode; otherwise, false. The default is true.

Remarks
An Outlook inspector is in compose mode if you can add content to the item. For example, when you open a new mail item, the item appears in an Inspector that is in compose mode.
