ContentControl.ShowingPlaceholderText Property

Gets a value that specifies whether the ContentControl is currently displaying placeholder text.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the ContentControl is currently displaying placeholder text; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The placeholder text is displayed until the text in the ContentControl is changed by a user action or some other operation. To get or set the placeholder text, use the PlaceholderText property or the SetPlaceholderText method.
