	VSEHI_Leaf	Returns leaf nodes (nonexpandable).
	VSEHI_Nest	Visits nested hierarchies.
	VSEHI_OmitHier	Doesn't fill pHier member of VSITEMSELECTION (incompatible with VSEHI_Nest).
