Logs a message in the project upgrade log file.

Parameters

ErrorLevel
Type: System.UInt32

[in] A __VSUL_ERRORLEVEL enumeration that indicates the error level.

bstrProject
Type: System.String

[in] The name of the project being upgraded.

bstrSource
Type: System.String

[in] The source of the error.

bstrDescription
Type: System.String

[in ] The message to be entered into the log file.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
