Parameters

• textValue
  Type: System.String

  The text of the tool tip.

• pos
  Type: System.Int32

  The position of the tip.

• len
  Type: System.Int32

  The length of the tip.

• textView
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TextManager.Interop.IVsTextView

  The UpdateTipWindow that should be updated.

Remarks

Sets new the new values and calls UpdateTipWindow on textView. After calling IsActive returns TRUE.
