Adds an event handler that is called whenever the element that plays a particular role in a particular link is changed.

Parameters

• domainRole
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.DomainRoleInfo

  The domain role to observe.

• elementLinkId
  Type: Guid

  The ID of the link to observe.

• handler
  Type: Delegate

  The handler for the notifications.
