Adds an event handler that is called whenever any element that plays a particular role in any link is changed.

Parameters

• domainRole
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.DomainRoleInfo

  The domain role to observe.

• handler
  Type: Delegate

  The handler for the notifications.
