Creates a DiagramItem object given an IGeometryHost object.

Parameters

• geometryHost
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Diagrams.IGeometryHost

  The instance data for the geometry.

• segment

  line segment within the LinkShape that was hit.
