Parameters

• oldValue
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Diagrams.RectangleD

  The bounds in world units relative to the top-left of the diagram prior to the change in bounds.

• newValue
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Diagrams.RectangleD

  The bounds in world units relative to the top-left of the diagram after the change in bounds.
