Initializes a new instance of the PropertyEntry class that acts as a sub-property of the specified PropertyValue.

Parameters

• parentValue
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.PropertyEditing.PropertyValue
  The parent PropertyValue. Root properties do not have a parent PropertyValue.
