Parameters

• first
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Interaction.RelativeValue
  The first RelativeValue to compare.

• second
  Type: Microsoft.Windows.Design.Interaction.RelativeValue
  The second RelativeValue to compare.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the two RelativeValue structures are not equal; otherwise, false.
