Move an object

After an object is added to the artboard, you can move it anywhere you like.

To move an object

Select the objects that you want to move. For information about how to select objects in Microsoft Expression Blend, see Select or cancel the selection of objects.
On the artboard, drag the objects to the desired position.

Note

You can change the behavior of the drag operation by holding the SHIFT key to constrain the movement to the X or the Y plane.
