Clustered DFS Namespace Instance

A clustered DFS namespace instance can be hosted by any node in the cluster at a given time, which can increase the availability of the DFS namespace.

DFS Namespace Resource Availability

A clustered DFS Namespace requires a clustered disk resource containing a shared folder or folders. If these resources are not online, the clustered DFS Namespace cannot function.
