Moving a Shortcut

Moving shortcuts requires the use of the File System Object (FSO). The following scripts demonstrate the use of the File System Object to move shortcuts.

FSO = new ActiveXObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject");
DesktopPath = Shell.SpecialFolders("Desktop") + "\\test.lnk";

FSO.MoveFile(DesktopPath, MyDocumentsPath);
