Observações
Quando esta propriedade está definida para o padrão, o recetor aceita mensagens com carimbos de hora de envio até 5 minutos mais tarde ou antes do momento em que a mensagem foi recebida. Mensagens que não passam no teste de envio são rejeitadas. Esta configuração é usada em conjunto com a ReplayWindow propriedade.
