Called by the framework to draw the keytip for the ribbon element.

Parameters

• [in] pDC
  Pointer to a device context.

• [in] rect
  Boundary rectangle for the keytip.

• [in] bIsMenu
  TRUE if the keytip is for a pop-up menu button; otherwise, FALSE.
