Global Manager Pointers

Use the following variables to access the global managers:

afxContextMenuManager	Pointer to the context menu manager.
afxKeyboardManager	Pointer to the keyboard manager.
afxMenuTearOffManager	Pointer to the tear-off menu manager.
afxMouseManager	Pointer to the mouse manager.
