In het volgende voorbeeld wordt een formulier weergegeven waarin de gebruiker wordt gevraagd een nieuw item toe te voegen. Als de gebruiker het formulier indient, wordt het voorbeeld aanroepen CommitNew om het item toe te voegen aan de verzameling. Als de gebruiker het formulier annuleert, wordt het item in het voorbeeld aanroepen CancelNew om het item te verwijderen.
