カスタムレポートが、そのノードのレポートパラメーターを参照している場合は、選択したオブジェクトエクスプローラーノードのコンテキストでカスタムレポートを実行できます。このコンテキストにより、カスタムレポートは現在のコンテキスト (現在のデータベース、データベース、サーバーオブジェクトなど) を使用できます。

この例を実行するには、次の手順に従います。

次のサンプルコードを新しいテキストファイルにコピーし、.rdl 拡張子を使用してファイルに名前を付けます。
カスタムレポート用にデータベースサーバー上に作成したフォルダーにレポートファイルをコピーします。
Management Studio で、オブジェクトエクスプローラーでノードを右クリックし、[ レポート] をポイントし、[カスタムレポート] を選択します。 [ ファイルを開く ] ダイアログボックスで、カスタムレポートフォルダーを見つけてレポートファイルを選択し、[ 開く] を選択します。

オブジェクトエクスプローラーノードから新しいカスタムレポートを初めて開くと、そのノードのショートカットメニューの [カスタムレポート] 最後に使用したリストにカスタムレポートが追加されます。標準レポートを初めて開くと、[ カスタムレポート] の下の最後に使用した一覧にも表示されます。カスタムレポートファイルが削除されると、次回そのアイテムを選択すると、最後に使用したリストからアイテムを削除するように求めるプロンプトが表示されます。
1. 最近使用したリストに表示されるファイルの数を変更するには、[ ツール ] メニューの [オプション] を選択し、[ 環境 ] フォルダーを展開して、[ 全般] を選択します。
2. 最近使用したリストの表示ファイルの数を調整します。
