ConfigurationHelperService.GetUserConfigurationPath Method

Gets the most likely path to user configuration files for the current project, based on the values of different project properties.

Parameters

• provider
  Type: System.IServiceProvider

  IServiceProvider.

• project
  Type: EnvDTE.Project

  The current Project.

• userLevel
  Type: System.Configuration.ConfigurationUserLevel

  ConfigurationUserLevel.

• underHostingProcess
  Type: System.Boolean

  true if in a hosted process, otherwise false.

• buildConfiguration
  Type: EnvDTE.Configuration

  BuildConfiguration.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The user configuration path, or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if a valid path could not be constructed from the information in the project.
