Notifies listening clients that the project has opened.

The IVsHierarchy interface of the project that is being loaded.

fAdded

true if the project is added to the modeling editor after the modeling editor is opened; otherwise, false.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
