Parameters

• lhs
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Rule

  The first rule to compare.

• rhs
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Modeling.Rule

  The second rule to compare.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the rules are not equal; otherwise, false.
