注釈
指定したキーを持つ要素が HybridDictionary に含まれていない場合、 HybridDictionary は変更されません。 例外はスローされません。
コレクションが既にHashtableに格納されていて、要素の数がListDictionaryに最適なサイズを下回る場合、HashtableからListDictionaryに要素をコピーするオーバーヘッドを回避するために、コレクションはHashtableに残ります。
このメソッドは O(1) 操作です。
