The *RssOnHostVPorts standardized INF keyword is defined to enable or disable support for the network adapter Virtual Machine Multiple Queues (VMMQ) feature.
The *RssOnHostVPorts INF keyword is an enumeration keyword. Le parole chiave INF standardizzate dell'enumerazione hanno gli attributi seguenti:
SubkeyName: nome della parola chiave che è necessario specificare nel file INF.
ParamDesc: testo visualizzato associato a SubkeyName.

During miniport adapter initialization, the miniport driver must examine the *RssOnHostVPorts keyword to determine if it should enable the VMMQ feature on the NIC.
Gestione delle parole chiave INF RSS per VMMQ
Se una scheda di interfaccia di rete supporta VMMQ, tutte le parole chiave INF standardizzate per RSS devono essere supportate anche per garantire una compatibilità futura anche se il sistema operativo non li usa tutti. È consigliabile usare le parole chiave come di consueto per la funzionalità RSS, ad eccezione di:
*RSSProfile: The “ClosestProcessor” profile should be supported and used as a policy for VMMQ.
*MaxRssProcessors: When VMMQ is active, this keyword should not restrict the number of MSIx interrupt messages reported in NDIS_RECEIVE_SCALE_CAPABILITIES.
