Resolve

Check permissions and retry snapshot delete

Ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to the snapshot file/directory ( by default %systemdrive%\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Snapshots), and that it is not currently in use. Then, try to delete it manually.

Verify

The snapshot operation succeeds when retried.
